I need to add a final 30 min talk in a weekend meeting, just like it happens in the CO visit week. How can I do that?
You have changed the question. The first question was about a 30 min final talk, now we lost the final talk, and we have an service talk. This sounds like a regular visit of a Bethel speaker. But TB is also not designed to handle those visits (just as it wouldn't handle HQ rep visits)

A workaround would be to first export/print the Midweek meeting schedule. Then you add "CO Visit" as an exception for the week to make the Weekend meeting will look as if it was a CO visit. You will probably have to replace the name of the Circuit Overseer temporarily to get it right. Once the Weekend meeting schedule is printed you may remove the exception and change back the name.
This metod is best used if you make the schedules one month at the time and not if you prefer printing a new schedule every week for the upcoming weeks.
I realise now that this service talk is a bit longer, so the time on the schedule will differ from a CO visit. You may have to do a little manual editing...

This is not CO visit. It's an arrangement in my country for congregations 100km far branch to receive a special visit of Bethel speaker, who engages in field activities over weekend with the congregation as well as delivers a 1h service talk on satuday, besides the sunday 30 min regular public talk. The challenge is to insert the 1h service talk on saturday in the weekend schedule. Any idea how this could be done?
Unless it is actually a CO visit, it is not possible.
You could in theory mark the week as CO week, but that would influence the midweek meeting
