Hi there! I was just curious if anyone knows what the 2 head with an ! beside a student name means.

I think it only applies to student presentations, and indicates there is another family member who was already assigned a part in a student presentation that meeting. (provided families have been defined).
So it alerts you e.g. when you want to assign a presentation to a parent, when there is already a child who has one, or the other way round. You may want that info to decide if you rather allow the parent to focus on helping the child.
