We have our Circuit Assembly and the Memorial in the same week in 2023. The meeting exceptions settings allow me to have one or the other in the same week, not both (Circuit Assembly cancels everything else out); is there a way to override this?

Thanks!

Yeah, correct. TB does not have the possibility to schedule the Memorial itself. Or a HQ rep visit or a Bethel speaker visit for that matter (though you can add those exceptions as a reminder). So far it is just about regular congregation meetings.

Thanks for the quick answer. From a scheduling perspective I guess that is correct, there isn't a problem because there isn't a meeting! I suppose it is more about including all activities in the plan for notification purposes. I will see if I can find a way to add a note somewhere. Thanks again

I don't see the problem, really. My fault maybe... It would be a problem if you had a meeting that week, but you don't.

[edit]  if you'd use the Memorial exception, TB would only allow you to enter the weekend meeting.
