Some strings appear many times in the translation database. This means the simple fact that you see 'a' translation of a term, does not mean it is 'the' translation of this particular occurrence of the term.
The corresponding English file has the term more often. If in a particular case the localisation cannot be found, TB falls back to English. There is a chance this is the situation here.
I checked on the site where the translations are done, and I see one particular string 'Spiritual Gems' has been 'changed' 3 days ago. This may mean it has only been translated 3 days ago, in which case it would not have been included in the version release.
When new strings are put up for translation, this is not announced before, and translators get about a week before the translation is pulled. If they cannot make it within that time, the translation skips that release.
By the looks of it, it should be ok in the next version.
