When we want to print S-89 forms it says. "You have a new kind of slip. Please enter a request on the forum, so the app can be updated. Mention code 604".
Can you please help to fix this issue?

The changes given in that thread do not seem new to me... I checked yesterday and the form that is up for our branch, both English and local, is exactly the same one they posted 2 years ago. This makes me doubt if the team are aware there is a new form. (I am flattered you ask me personally, but I am not on the team, though I may be pretty good with TB ;-D)
