Dear brothers,
Thank you for providing software that is multiplatform. I'm exploring this app as a solution for simplifying preparing the program and it really has lots. I really enjoy the fact that we can import the E-Pub format to get the meeting data. I had created a site scraping script in php using symphony's silex distrubution so that I could fill the monthly google sheets programs I was preparing.
However, I came upon this while looking up JW software in the app store on my iPad and thought, "what is this?". Honestly, I have been thinking of building my own Drupal based software because of the fact that most software is Windows based, and then when I came accross this, I instantly downloaded it and tested it out. Excellent! Really good work. Thank you so much.
I saw that we could assign assistants for initial calls, return visits and bible studies, however, as mentioned above, the ability to assign the responsibilities for both mid-week and weekend meetings below would be very much appreciated..
- Sound
- Microphones (I love the idea of little microphones here in the dropdown list)
- Stage
- Attendant
- Hospitality
- Hall cleaning (usually by groups)
- Opening and closing the hall

This software is fabulous, we thank you for the time you spend improving it. Unfortunately without the upgrades as requested by the other brothers, we insert ushers, acoustics and cleaning shifts cannot be fully exploited. We look forward to these new possibilities. Thanks.
Hi, any news on this?
We are thinking about moving from our current custom Excel-based solution over to Theocbase, but we don't want to lose the possibility to have alle the planning in one place. So this is currently a showstopper for us.

Check out KHS, it as the feature you are looking for. It would be nice to implement it here.
This would be insanely useful. First it helps to have just one list of absences. I like how TheocBase handles absences. Second you would see instantly who already has an assignment and where it might interfere with other assignments. Third, the resulting lists for the announcement board would have a cleaner look because it all comes from the same program. Here's a list of possible assignments:
- Sound
- Microphones (I love the idea of little microphones here in the dropdown list)
- Stage
- Attendant
- Hospitality
- Hall cleaning (usually by groups)
- Opening and closing the hall
Dear developers, please think about adopting these features. They would make a lot of users very happy. I personally know of people that prefer other solutions just because these features are missing in TheocBase...

Я присаеденяюсь к просьбе братьев интегрировать в програму назначения брату задания микрофон, распорядитель, итд.
Особенно это ценно в небольших собраниях, где немного братьев.

I enjoyed the software is really very useful . Something that caught my attention was the fact that it is multi-platform and led me to adopt it as my main software. But it would be very interesting to have modules for designation indicators , cleaning, microphones, sound. That would make it even more complete software

That would be very useful indeed. Maybe they could show up with little microphones in the assignment dropdown lists. That would help not assigning the brother in charge of microphones for the bible study or the spritual gems...

Aplikacja jest wielki, a ja wiem, że masz dużo pracy, ale jeśli istnieją plany, aby dodać aplikacje mobilne spotkania niedzielne ?? Z góry dziękuję
