inserisco il modulo nella cartella dei modelli personalizzati ma da errore al momento della stampa

You will need the jpg and txt in the attached zip file, because the attachment in the original post is for another language.
Procedure: print in TB (don't skip) - print will be wrong - close TB (!) - then fix the database
