How can I close the TheocBase Welcome Window?

One of the ideas of a forum is to find out if the question has been asked already. So by way of repetition:

Make the main TB windows smaller, that is: do not keep it on maximum.
Drag the window as low as possible, so you only see the top title bar at the bottom of your screen. 
Then draw the top border upward, so the whole TB window becomes bigger vertically until it is big enough to contain the welcome window. At some point you may have to move the entire main window up now, so you can see the bottom of the welcome window. Click 'do not show again' and 'close', in that order.

Do you have other problems with resolution? This looks like a regular Win10, so maybe a higher resolution is possible?
