If you are in an empty midweek schedule, you see a button 'Import schedule...'. (There is a button with the same function in Settings -LMMeeting - Main tab, middle button) The dialogue forces you to import an epub. That is supposed to pretty intuitive... You need to download the workbook first (as epub). See Help-file also.
