When I print my talk slips, the form puts a check mark in the 'Return Visit' box instead of the one for the 'Bible Study' talk.
Unfortunately, I didn't notice it at first and a couple of sisters wound up giving the wrong talks.
Hmm, I have not seen this before, but that particular date gives me the same problems. Looking further ALL of the student Bible studies in the Sep/Oct mwb have the issue.
First check the Settings - Life and Ministry Meeting - 'Main' tab table to see if the talk name in the workbook, has the right meeting item connected to it. If not, correct the 'meeting item' (double click and choose from dropdown). This was OK in my case.
Then in Settings - Life and Ministry Meeting - Schedule tab, highlight the weeks in the top box one by one, and check the same connection in the bottom box. In the picture, this is already fixed. In the first column, in the student Bible study row, you should change First Return Visit to Bible Study.
While you are at it you can check the other items. And you can do all weeks for that workbook.

Replacing the cloud data worked for me. Everything looks normal now. Thank you for all your help.

The last line in the Settings tab would need adjusting, but that does not seem relevant to this issue.
The Schedule for that particular week looks OK.
Now quite a few posts here about iOS or Mac not syncing properly, and I don't think many have a solution to them. I am not in a position to test. In an unrelated issue, things improved when the TB app was properly shut and restarted, so you might give that a shot.
Otherwise, there'd be two options:
1. Backup the database from the machine that is OK (in Settings), and import that on the other machines
2. replace cloud data. Make sure local data are OK, backup just in case, hover over the cloud (sync) symbol, and choose delete cloud data. It'll just take a sec and you'll be asked if you want to sync. You do. The local data will be uploaded to the cloud.

Thanks this seems to have resolved the issue...but now I have a different problem. Everything looks fine on my main MacBook I use. However, when I sync the TheocBase app I have on my other devices (a second MacBook, an iPad and an iPhone) these all display 2 Bible Study slots on the schedule now (one still prints on the Talk Slip as a Return Visit while the other properly as a Bible Study).
