From 2023 january it is not possible to download workbook and watchtower epub file.
How to import other file type or what is the solution?
I am not sure what makes you think so.
I downloaded and imported the workbook epub. The Watchtower is not online in any format as far as I can see.
Once the pubblications do get online, eubs may not be available in all languages right from the start.
Anyway: we have at least 2 months before we have to put out the January assignments, so we can wait it out.

And for the W Study, wait again. It's not release, even in English ;)
This is not uncommon. If by the beginning of December it is still not available in Hungarian: download and import another language (English e.g.) then: go to Settings / LMM Meeting / Schedule tab. Select the week you want to modify, then for each item double click the Theme and source 'cells' and copy paste from jw.org or wol.jw.org the correct info.
It is easier, faster and less tricky to change the schedule in an existing language, than to build your own from scratch.
